Meet Jane

With more than 40 years of experience and active licenses in both Iowa and Illinois, Jane brings a level of insight, education, and perspective that only decades in the business can provide. Her career has been built on consistency, professionalism, and a deep understanding of the ever-changing real estate market, qualities that continue to set her apart among local agents.

Jane has earned multiple respected industry designations, including CRS, GRI, ABR, BPOR, and CNA, reflecting her ongoing commitment to education and excellence. She has been a million-dollar producer and was honored as the 2002 East Central Iowa Board of Realtors “Realtor of the Year,” a recognition that speaks to both her results and her reputation among peers.

Her leadership within the real estate community is extensive. Jane currently serves as Treasurer of the East Central Iowa Association of Realtors and is a past President of the organization. Her service extends well beyond real estate, with leadership and board involvement throughout the Dubuque community, including the Carnegie-Stout Public Library Foundation, Dubuque True North, and the Dubuque Community Y, where she also served on the Executive Committee.

A lifelong Dubuque resident, Jane is a proud graduate of Wahlert High School and Clarke College, where she earned a degree in Art History. Her strong connection to the community shapes both her personal life and her professional approach. She values relationships, understands the character of local neighborhoods, and genuinely loves helping people put down roots in the area she calls home.

Outside of real estate, Jane enjoys volunteering as a poll worker, golfing, sewing, and baking. She and her husband share a love of entertaining and welcoming friends and family into their home.
